I enjoyed using this TBYB for my little guy's nap today. Very comfy, very cozy, and so soft. The straps were a bit long for my liking, but I was able to do a woven wrap finish (a slipknot tied at the shoulder), which was pretty cool. Super great for breastfeeding. I am signed up for a Toddler Didyklick and a LennyPreschool, and I need to try them before I decide which to buy. This is definitely a top contender for a big toddler carrier! For reference, my boy is 27lbs and 33".
I got to try this carrier through the TBYB program. I was able to compare it to the DidyFix, and comfort-wise, for extended periods, I'd say this one has the upper hand. This is a very comfortable, supportive carrier with thoughtful features and a solid, durable feel. It fit both my husband (6'4", 2XL) and me (5'3", L/XL) well once adjusted. It was also super easy to breastfeed in thanks to all the thoughtfully placed Perfect Fit Adjusters (PFAs).
The extra padding and thicker waistband make it feel sturdy, and the built-in lumbar support adds noticeable comfort, especially for longer carries. It does have a bulkier footprint, but the trade-off is excellent support. I also appreciated the pocket on the waistband for small essentials. The color I tried (Agave) was soft and floppy right out of the box. In my opinion, the fabric does matter. I tried the Linen version of this carrier and didn't like how stiff it felt compared to the Agave. My 20-month-old (33", 27 lbs) was very comfortable and happy in this one.
Agave LennyPreschool Highlights
-Thicker padding and waistband
-Built-in lumbar support
-Bulkier but very supportive
-Has a pocket
-Soft and floppy fabric
I got to try this carrier through LZO's TBYB program! Overall, it’s a solid, comfortable, and supportive carrier that works well for both my husband (6'4", 2XL) and me (5'3", L/XL). The seat can be scrunched a bit slimmer, and adjusting the width creates less bulk in the waistband compared to other carriers I’ve tried. It also packs small and feels lighter, making it great for anyone who wants a more compact option. The hood isn’t removable, but the length is good, and I found the fit easy and quick to dial in. The color I tried (Graphite) arrived slightly stiff, but I’m confident it will soften with use. For reference, my 20-month-old (33", 27 lbs) was very comfortable in it and seemed to enjoy the ride.
Toddler DidyFix Highlights
-More compact
-Lighter
-Comfortable and supportive
-Quick to adjust
We are absolutely obsessed with this jacket!!! It ticks all the boxes:
- comfortable
- fits well
- waterproof
- windproof
- easy to put on
Just buy the dang jacket already. You won't regret it!
I do wish it was just a touch longer though.
We have the Preschool full buckle and absolutely love it, so I knew we needed to try the hybrid and it did not disappoint! The removable padding in the shoulders is a game changer and I love how adjustable the carrier is. My baby feels weightless !
I got the large hand-buffed slate Sling Rings from Little Zen One (same size as the rings on my MPOS ring sling), and I love them so far. They feel solid and smooth — nice and cool to the touch, not rough or bulky. I’m excited to experiment with using them on my wraps and see how it changes up my babywearing.
I was so excited for this bag and finally decided to purchase it — and I’m so glad I did. The silver color is gorgeous in person. It’s actually black and white threads woven together, so it has this really pretty depth and texture that you can’t fully see online.
So far it’s been perfect for my walks when I don’t want to bring the whole diaper bag. It fits all my essentials and keeps everything in one place instead of me losing things in my pockets (which happens way too often 🙃).
And the Didymos quality is just amazing — every little detail feels so thoughtfully done. If you’re familiar with their carriers, it even has the same little elastic loops to wind up the leftover strap. Such a cool touch and honestly one of those small things that makes a huge difference.
If you’ve been eyeing it, seriously just get it. It’s so handy and so cute!
I picked up this toddler loop neckwarmer because my baby always seems to have a bit of skin exposed from his clothes up to his hat when we wrap him or use our babywearing coats. So far, this neckwarmer has helped so much with that. It keeps his neck warm and snug, which makes our outings in chillier weather way more comfortable for him.
I also really love the little fold-over flap in the front — it helps keep the neckwarmer from slipping around and getting in his mouth (though in true baby fashion, yes — he still tries 😄). It feels soft and cozy against his skin. If you need something simple and effective to keep your little one warm and protected this is perfect!
This adult loop neckwarmer has been a total game-changer for me. With all our babywearing coats, my neck and the top of my chest used to get cold all the time — but not anymore! It keeps me warm and cozy even when we’re out and about in chilly weather.
Bonus: it’s long enough that when I’m wearing the baby, it doubles as a little soft pillow for him. So thoughtful and such a simple solution to a real problem. Highly recommend if you babywear during cooler weather!
There were so many times I was babywearing and wished I had something like this to help keep the sun off my baby’s head, arms, and legs — especially during those blazing summer days. When this sun & UV cover finally came back in stock, I grabbed it right away so we’d be ready for next summer 👶☀️.
I’m really hoping little man is still into being carried then so we can finally use it on a sunny day. It seems like such a smart addition — extra sun protection for baby while enjoying our walks. Look how nicely it packs down!
I got to try this along with the DidyFix and LennyPreschool. This one was the easiest to adjust out of the three but I felt a lot of pressure on my shoulders while breastfeeding, which makes sense, but wrap are just better for my body. It could also be the material it just felt super tight, no stretch, no cushion on the shoulders. I think this carrier with a higher GSM fabric would be perfect. Everything else, aside from the shoulder straps, is identical to the the DidyFix. Overall, a great carrier! So thankful I got to TBYB it!
This wrap is so cozy and strong, great for the cold months!
Quite an appropriate inscription with Christmas approaching, made lovelier by wrapping my own child in it. I love that it's easy-care! After a bath, a hang, and a tiny tumble at the tail end, it's already delightfully soft, and it came with all the sleepy dust we could possibly wish for.
Sooo comfy!! I've been wearing it around the house, baby or no baby, for kicks. I'm thinking I need at least two more....
My baby is still a bit too small to fit this so I popped my preschooler up in it and OMG!!! I can barely carry him in an onbuhimo but in this he feels LIGHT as a feather!!! It’s like he’s barely even there!!!
