Duties & Customs
- USA & Canada: We cover applicable duties, tariffs, and import charges.
- International orders: Customers outside the USA and Canada are responsible for any applicable customs fees, duties, or taxes charged by their destination country.
Tracking
You'll receive a tracking email when your order ships. Please allow time for the carrier to receive and scan the package before tracking begins updating.
Important Notes
- Please double-check your shipping address before placing your order. Little Zen One is not responsible for delays or delivery issues caused by an incorrect address provided at checkout.
- We do not ship on weekends or holidays.
- APO/FPO shipments travel through USPS and may take longer than the estimated shipping window.
- Some products are region-specific and cannot be shipped across the US/Canada border.
