In-stock orders are processed within 72 business hours after you receive your order confirmation email. We ship from Buffalo, New York in the USA, and Mississauga, Ontario in Canada.
If an item is on back-order, you will be notified by email.
Once your order is shipped from our warehouse, you will receive an email notifying you your order has been shipped.
Please note, we see delays in the initial scan of packages at USPS and Canada Post, and this is outside of our control. We appreciate your patience!
International Shipping
Do we ship to APO? Yes, we do.
Do we ship Outside of North America? Yes! Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.
Internationally, we offer Carrier Calculated Shipping and $15 Flat rate Partially Tracked Shipping
Your order may be subject to import duties and taxes, which may be incurred once a shipment reaches your destination country.
Little Zen One is not responsible for these charges if they are applied, they are your responsibility as the customer.
How do I check the status of my order?
When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow 48-72 hours for the tracking information to update as there are delays at Canada Post and USPS with the initial scan.
In North America, If you haven’t received your order within 10 days of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please contact us at hello @ littlezenone.com with your name and order number, and we will look into it for you.
If you are outside of North America, please allow 21 days before contacting us.

Refunds, returns, and exchanges
We accept returns up to 30 days after delivery if the items are unused and in their original condition (not tried on).
If your order is eligible for a return, we will refund your order amount minus the shipping costs and a 10% restocking fee. Please view our full return policy here.

I hosted this carrier through tbyb and this was and still is my favorite carrier I have ever worn. The waistband wasn’t diggy, the material was so soft and it was so moldable and I mean the print is BEAUTIFUL. I miss her everyday LOL! If you’re in need of a half buckle it’s this one

I have been enjoying my Didyklick. I had been looking for a more supportive option to my ring slings (which is still love for quick ups). I had been initially looking at full buckles that would allow for a crossed back strap. I have an older Ergo 360 that was just not fitting me properly (I’m 4’11” and 140 lbs). I didn’t enjoy a stretchy wrap lent to me by a friend as it was stretchy and warm. After A LOT of research, I found this half buckle and saw all the 5 star reviews and after a couple of weeks of contemplation, decided to go for it and find a fabric I liked.
What I love about this is that I get the double shoulder and back support I was looking for, in a light enough (and lovely patterned) fabric that I don’t feel bulky or over heated in, and yet everything is ergonomically supported. I was getting prolapse symptoms with my sling and ergo, but with this it has been waaaaay less and has allowed me to carry my 12lb 2.5 month old easily so I can chase after my 3 older children. I wish I found this when my second was born!!
I tried this out with my 27lbs almost 3 year old who LOVED it (front and back carry), back carried my 34lbs 4.5 year old who is arguably a bit big for it (I felt like I was leaning back to compensate but I may not have had her positioned then best for my 5 minute “piggy back ride”).
Bonus, it is comfortable to wear under a maternity+babywearing jacket! My ergo was a no go. I’m looking forward to wearing my little guy whilst tobogganing with my…

I signed up for this carrier through the TBYB program. On the day I was supposed to send it on to the next person, I just couldn’t do it. This carrier is the best of both worlds - it has a supportive waist band and a nice tall panel like a structured carrier AND long straps like a woven for a customizable fit. I can wear my 18 pounder in a front carry for longer walks and have no back or shoulder pain at all. I haven’t used the stroller for a walk since purchasing this. The fabric is cozy and easy to work with. Not too thin and not too thick. Also, did I mention the color?! This thing is gorgeous. I show it off to everyone I possibly can.
