In-stock orders are processed within 72 business hours after you receive your order confirmation email. We ship from Buffalo, New York in the USA, and Mississauga, Ontario in Canada.
If an item is on back-order, you will be notified by email.
Once your order is shipped from our warehouse, you will receive an email notifying you your order has been shipped.
Please note, we see delays in the initial scan of packages at USPS and Canada Post, and this is outside of our control. We appreciate your patience!

How do I check the status of my order?
When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow 48-72 hours for the tracking information to update as there are delays at Canada Post and USPS with the initial scan.
In North America, If you haven’t received your order within 10 days of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please contact us at hello @ littlezenone.com with your name and order number, and we will look into it for you.
If you are outside of North America, please allow 21 days before contacting us.

Refunds, returns, and exchanges
We accept returns up to 30 days after delivery if the items are unused and in their original condition (not tried on).

Recently tried this carrier through the tbyb program.
Overall really liked it but trying other carriers before committing.
It was very comfy once I got it on. The time to gey it on was my biggest issue. It may just take more getting used to but the long straps were a bit of a pain to work with compared to buckles. The waist was also a little bulky but I'm sure that added to the comfort for long term wearinf.
The fabric wasn't my personal style but it is a nice print and my husband liked it.
My husband loved using it and was ready to keep it. Now that we're waiting on others to try I do miss it but know we'll find the best fit for us through this tbyb program.

This is my first time hosting! I am trying out the Ludwig Didyklick 4U. So far I like it. It is so soft and lovely feeling in my hands! I’m usually a bright colors gal, but this neutral pattern is absolutely beautiful! It is definitely far easier to put on than my woven wraps that I own - though I still like the versatility of the wovens. I am looking for something to replace my ergo carrier for errand running. I tried it out today grocery shopping. While it was quite comfortable, I wasn’t a fan of the long ties. Reason being, I don’t like to let them drag on the ground in winter. I pre-tied it before heading out, but it was still a challenge to keep them off the ground. Thankfully, we have no snow right now, but if we were to have snow, I would prefer a full buckle - at least for errand running. I like the idea of the tie straps, and I think I will try a Didytai, for around the house. I think eliminating the waist buckle will make my abdomen more comfortable. My husband is interested in trying one as well.

I LOVE this didyklick. I’ve had it the past week through the TBYB program. I love the versatility of carries since the waistband is removable. I’ve used it for front carry, backcarry, and as an onbuhimo. I will be purchasing in the red ☺️

I experienced the Ludwig Didyklick4U with the TBYB program. I carried my 7 month old with it, and it was perfection. Lightweight and easy to use. I would have kept it, but I wanted to try a few other styles before deciding which to purchase!

Loved this hybrid carrier, the best of both worlds carrier and wrap! The design is beautiful as well. I wish I had this when my little one was a bit younger, I think he would benefit more from a full carrier like the didyfix (still our current fav), but definitely enjoyed this one! Also the woven material was a bit too warm in our hot humid environment.

This is the third brand of half buckle that I've tried and I really enjoyed it. The hardest part to get used to (not unique to the DidyKlick) is the fanned shoulder straps-- like a wrap with the pros (great weight distribution) and cons (harder to get evenly tightened). I probably prefer my half buckles without the fanned shoulder straps just for ease of use, but my body did appreciate it when wearing for longer periods.
I'm petite (5'0", 95lbs) and I did not find it too overwhelming or bulky. I was unsure if it would fit my 23" waist but it does at the tightest setting.
This fabric is also just subtle enough to be neutral and is gorgeous. I appreciate that the cotton is organic.
